Suspicious cars waiting in my neighborhood- Michael Herman Raleigh, NC

==Not one day or night passes and at ANY time there is not someone parked car with a person sitting in it or someone walking as I leave the neighborhood as a lookout.  Statistically speaking and from my 25+ years experience living in my neighborhood..it is not a coincidence.  These are affiliates/members of the mafia I spoke of earlier waiting to follow me..and eventually find an opportunity to murder me.
